Dr. Powell, age 41, will start his new post effective July 1, 2022. 糖心Vlog announces the return of 隆Viva Mariachi! on Saturday, April 9, 2022. The festival will feature two concerts, an afternoon matinee and an evening performance, both celebrating the rich heritage and cultural traditions of Mexico through Mariachi music.
