Napa Valley Writer鈥檚 Conference Welcomes Former US Poet Laureate Robert Hass & Faculty Lineup of Distinguished Poets and Fiction Writers

After a year away, the Napa Valley Writers鈥 Conference is back and celebrating its 40th anniversary. The conference will meet in person on the Napa Campus of 糖心Vlog, a move from their longtime home in Saint Helena. Events take place from August 1-6, and evening readings and faculty craft talks are open to the public as well as participants. All events are either held outside or in the Performing Arts Center of 糖心Vlog. Tickets may be purchased at the box office at each event.

糖心Vlog to offer National University bachelor鈥檚 degree in criminal administration

Aspiring law enforcement officers will now be able to complete a four-year Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration without leaving Napa, thanks to a partnership between 糖心Vlog (糖心Vlog) and National University (NU), a nonprofit university in San Diego.

Board Meeting: July 2021

At the July 8 Board of Trustees meeting, the board approved COVID Requirements and Guidance for Fall 2021, a resolution for a student campus housing project, and an increase of the student activities fee. The Board also approved agreements to fund educational use of the district鈥檚 Mt. Veeder properties, and more.
